Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl LIX Halftime performance received four Emmy Award nominations this year.
The 38-year-old delivered this exuberant performance at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans on February 9, 2025, during Super Bowl LIX.
The game was a face off between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles that started at 6:30 p.m. ET, with the halftime show, featuring Kendrick Lamar.
The nominations included categories of Outstanding Variety Special (Live), Outstanding Directing For a Variety Special, Outstanding Music Direction, and Choreography (Variety/Reality).
The 22-time Grammy Award winner performed several of his hit songs including Squabble Up, Humble, DNA, Euphoria, Man at the Garden, Peekaboo, Luther, All the Stars, Not Like Us, and TV Off.
American singer and songwriter SZA joined him on stage for Luther and All the Stars.
Besides SZA, DJ Mustard also shared the stage with Kendrick to perform his latest hit Not Like Us.
Kendrick Lamar's biggest hit is considered to be HUMBLE from his 2017 album, DAMN. The song remained at top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart marking his second US number one-single. It is also his most streamed song on Spotify with over 2.6 billion streams.
