Anna Cathcart recently delighted her fans by sharing a surprise update about her show XO, Kitty on her social media.

The lead actress of Netflix’s spin-off took to Instagram on July 18, posting a snap of two cast members adorning pink pyjama bottoms.

It was unclear who was wearing them, but a message printed on the back of the pyjamas read, ‘XO, Kitty Season 3’.

Anna captioned the post, “and that’s a wrap, my heart is so full,” as fans started gushing about the cast's comeback.

One follower wrote, “I’m so excited for s3!!”

Another well-wisher commented, “Omg that’s so crazy release it tmrw.”

Currently, the third season of XO, Kitty has no release date, but the show producers have added Sule Thelwell, Soy Kim, and Christine Hwang to the cast in recurring guest roles.

The show follows Kitty, the youngest of the Covey sisters, to the Korean Independent School of Seoul as she embarks on a journey to find true love.

Based on the novel by Jenny Han, XO, Kitty is a spin-off of To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, with the author serving as an executive producer and writer.

The star-studded cast includes Anna Cathcart, Sang Heon Lee, Gia Kim, Choi Min-young, and Peter Thurnwald.

Much like season 1, the second season ended on another familiar cliffhanger that has raised questions about the future of these beloved characters.
