Miley Cyrus’s sister, Noah Cyrus, created quite a stir in New York due to her dramatic new look.

The 25-year-old singer recently made headlines after visiting the SiriusXM Studios to promote her latest album, I Want My Loved Ones to Go with Me.

Although the pop icon’s musical comeback has garnered significant attention, the online conversation has clearly shifted to her noticeably altered appearance.

Fans across various platforms are speculating that the vocalist may have undergone cosmetic procedures, citing her enhanced facial features.

A visible difference can be observed in Noah’s appearance, including a slimmer nose, fuller lips, and more defined cheekbones.

The debate was reignited after a 2024 TikTok analysis by plastic surgeon Dr Gary Motykie resurfaced.

In the clip, he described the songstress’s face as “verging on alien”, pointing to potentially reshaped chin and overfilled cheeks.

However, not all professionals shared that opinion.

Speaking to Daily Mail, cosmetic surgeon Dr Giselle Prado-Wright argued that the Grammy-nominated artist’s facial structure appeared largely unchanged from a surgical perspective.

She suggested that Noah’s transformation could instead be attributed to skillful contouring, darker hair, bleached eyebrows, and evolving beauty trends.

The doctor noted that Noah’s look aligns with the popular “Instagram face” aesthetic.

It’s important to note that the song-writer has yet to address the rumours and has remained silent on the matter.
