‘And Just Like That’ confirms season 3 to be last

The spin-off of the hit 2000’s drama show Sex and the City has been given a new update.

The show, And Just Like That, is confirmed to end with its ongoing season 3.

The show starring Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis in their iconic roles of Carrie Bradshaw, Miranda Hobbes and Charlotte York respectively, will end with a two part finale.

The showrunner Michael Patrick King confirmed the news ahead of the last episodes as the show has been receiving a lot of backlash.

Many fans of the original show called this reboot “woke”, “cringe-worthy” and “boring”.

“And just like that… the ongoing storytelling of the Sex and the City universe is coming to an end”, Michael said.

He aded that while writing the show it became clear to him where the stories of the three women have come to a point which was a “wonderful place to stop”.

The show was announced first in January 2021 and it was confirmed that Kim Cattrall would not return for her role.
