Pop star Katy Perry filed a temporary restraining order against a man named Ross Elliott Hendrick on June 18.
The singer, who recently split from her fiancé Orlando Bloom, has been granted the restraining order against the homeless man.
Katy filed the request after the man reportedly showed up at her Santa Barbara home.
In her official request, the singer complained that the man showed up at her property multiple times throughout May and continues to return.
The Roar singer also sought protection for her former partner and father father of her only child, Orlando.
The first time Elliot trespassed into her property, he was caught and her security team stated that he had a butane lighter and an aerosol can.
The second time he entered her home again, he threw a blanket over her security gate.
Katy has requested that the man should stay 100 yards away from her property, daughter, car and former partner.
