Katie Holmes appeared disgusted as she stepped in dog poop while filming the upcoming trilogy Happy Hours after her ex-boyfriend Tom Cruise went public with girlfriend Ana De Armas,

Leaning against a trash can in the New York City suburbs on Wednesday, the actress put on an animated show as she looked at the bottom of her sandal.

A crew member wearing gloves was seen scraping the fake dog poop onto Katie's shoe bottom prior to the scene.

The actress ended up getting the fake dog poop on her hand and jumper sleeve, so the scene did not go as planned.

She chose to dress in character by wearing grey tracksuit bottoms and a long white T-shirt that she layered under a brown hoodie.

Katie carried a black purse and stayed cosy in a pair of beige sandals with socks.

The First Daughter actress chatted away with co-star and ex-boyfriend Joshua Jackson while carrying a bottle of water and aviator sunglasses when she arrived on set.
