Diddy’s trial: Rapper ‘threatened’ to kill Kid Cudi
New revelations have come to light about Sean Diddy during trial
American rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, who is currently facing multiple charges of trafficking, racketeering and violence, has been accused of giving death threat.
Diddy’s former assistant, Capricorn Clark, testified on May 27, in the third week of the trial. In his testimony, Capricorn claimed that the accused rapper threatened to kill Kid Cudi while holding a gun in his hand.
Capricorn stated that the threat was given by the disgraced rapper amid his rage over Kid Cudi’s relationship with Diddy’s partner Cassie Ventura.
According to the testimony, Diddy banged on Cassie’s door on December 22, 2011, in rage and with a firearm on him.
“He just said, ‘Get dressed, we’re going to go kill Mescudi.’ The gun was in his hand.”, the rapper’s former assistant said.
This statement comes a week after Kid Cudi’s testimony in court where he stated that Diddy was behind his car being blown up in his driveway.
Diddy’s trial began on May 5 with opening statements on May 12.
If found guilty, the millionaire can be sentenced to life in prison.
