Sean “Diddy” Combs was facing multiple charges of trafficking and racketeering as he was under federal arrest since September 2024.
The trial that began on May 12 and went on for seven weeks and included testimonies from 34 witnesses has finally reached a verdict and it has left masses shocked.
Diddy has been proven guilty on 2 out of 5 counts whereas he has been acquitted on 3 counts.
Count 1: Racketeering conspiracy - NOT GUILTY
Count 2: Sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion - NOT GUILTY
Count 3: Transportation to engage in prostitution - GUILTY
Count 4: Sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion - NOT GUILTY
Count 5: Transportation to engage in prostitution - GUILTY
The disgraced rapper has been found guilty of flying people around the country to engage in sexual encounters however, he has been acquitted in more serious charges which could have given him up to life in prison.
On the charges he has been found guilty, Diddy can face up to 10 years in prison.
However, there still is margin for him to get presidential pardon from his old friend Donald Trump, who has already said that he will consider it.
